ok ok... much like Seth Rudetsky, I am OBSESSED with this song! I listen to it at least 2 times in my car on the way to work every morning. It just makes me SOOOO happy!
Thank you, to my pal, Peter O., who introduced me to this song and album back in 1999 (LONG before, the movie "Camp"). Thank you to Ryan K. for getting me the original cast CD for Christmas that year!
The Burt Bacharach score is pure fun and yielded some classic standards such as "I'll Never Fall in Love Again", "Knowing When to Leave" and the title song, "Promises, Promises".
